Nutrition Today in Health OS — Macros Without the Spreadsheet
How Refyuel Health OS Nutrition Today helps you log meals and hit protein and calorie targets without maintaining a separate spreadsheet.
In short
Use Health OS Nutrition Today to search foods, log meals, and see daily calorie and macro progress next to your training — no separate spreadsheet required for everyday tracking.
Spreadsheets are great for one-off calculations. They are terrible as a daily habit.
What Nutrition Today is for
In Health OS, Nutrition Today is the place you:
- Search and log foods
- See calories and macros for the day
- Keep meals next to your workout history
That pairing is the point — fuel and training in one loop.
Keep it simple
| Goal | Practical target |
|---|---|
| Consistency | Log most meals most days |
| Protein | Hit a daily floor you can repeat |
| Calories | Use weekly average, not one messy day |
You do not need perfect entries. You need enough signal to adjust next week.
