Logging Sets, Rest, and Supersets in Health OS

How to log sets and rest in Refyuel Health OS so session history stays accurate — including supersets and structured workouts.

In short

Open your session in Health OS, log each set as you finish it, use the planned rest as a guide, and keep supersets in order so the workout history matches what you did on the floor.

Good logging is boring — and that is why it works.

Log as you train

1. Open the planned session 2. Enter weight and reps when the set is done 3. Move to the next exercise without rebuilding the workout

Waiting until you get home usually means missing numbers.

Rest between sets

Use the rest suggestion from your plan as a default. Shorten rest for lighter accessory work if needed; lengthen it for heavy compounds. The goal is repeatable quality, not rushing the clock.

Supersets and circuits

Keep exercises in the order shown in the session. Completing A1 then A2 before the next round keeps history readable when you review later.

Why accuracy matters

Progressive overload and weekly reviews only work if the log matches reality. A clean session history beats a perfect program you never tracked.
